In-State Tuition Classification for Members of American Indian Tribes 

with Historical Ties to Colorado

Senate Bill 21-029 was signed into law in 2021. This bill grants resident tuition to American Indian students who are registered members of a federally recognized American Indian tribe with historic ties to Colorado (as designated by the Colorado Commission of Indian Affairs). If you're a member of one of these tribes, submit this form, which we'll review to determine your eligibility for in-state tuition rates.
