OTHER STUDENTS: At Front Range Community College, you have several options to obtain enrollment information:

If you need official confirmation of your current or past enrollment for anything other than loan deferment (see below), you can view and print an official Enrollment Verification through eWOLF. Login, click on the My Profile tab and in the Enrollment Verification box on the right, select National Student Clearinghouse (select this same option again on the next screen).
If it is before the last day to drop a course for the full term or a recent change in your schedule means your enrollment status has changed, continue with this request, as your information may not have been reported to National Student Clearinghouse yet.
You can view and print a copy of your courses by accessing your eWOLF account. Select the Registration tab and then select Detailed Schedule under Register for Classes.
You can view and print a copy of your Unofficial Transcript by accessing your eWOLF account. Go under My Classes, then Transcripts, and View and/or print an unofficial transcript.
For a small fee, you may request an official copy of your transcript by logging into eWOLF and clicking on Order Official Transcript under My Classes, then Order Transcripts.
Complete this request form to have a specific form filled out (subject to review of information) or to obtain an enrollment verification letter with up-to-date information.

Important Information Regarding Loan Deferments:

Front Range Community College reports enrollment for all students to the National Student Clearinghouse electronically, and this information is then transmitted to the National Student Loan Data System and all lenders. As a result, we typically do not complete individual deferment request forms as duplicate reporting to lenders can cause issues. You can still provide us with your deferment form, and we will keep it to make sure that your enrollment is reported properly. If there are any problems, we will make sure to get your deferment form submitted to your lender.

The Colorado Community College System considers the following to be Directory Information and Front Range Community College staff may disclose this information, without prior consent, to anyone inquiring in person, by phone, or in writing:

Major/field of study
Participation in officially recognized activities and sports
Dates of student attendance
Anticipated graduation date
Enrollment status (i.e. full-time, three-quarter-time, half-time, less than half-time, withdrawn, graduated or deceased)
Degrees/certificates and awards student has earned
Most recent educational institution attended by the student.
